Booking FAQ

Before your appointment.

What should I book when I am not sure which service fits?

Choose the closest service and explain the task in the booking notes. The request can be reviewed and redirected when another service is more appropriate.

Can I bring more than one task?

Yes. Bring a prioritized list. The number and complexity of tasks that can be addressed depend on the scheduled time and the information available.

Can Guy complete the task without me?

Some eligible tasks can be handled independently. Others require your participation, identity verification, signature, password entry, payment, or direct approval.

Should I send my passwords before the appointment?

No. Do not email or text passwords, PINs, verification codes, Social Security numbers, full card numbers, or banking credentials. Enter sensitive information yourself when required.

What happens if the scheduler does not load?

Refresh the page once, try another browser, or contact us at 407-607-4560 or [email protected] for booking assistance.

Can I book a membership consultation?

Yes. Select the membership-related service in the booking menu or explain in the notes that you want to discuss recurring monthly support.

You do not have to figure out the perfect words first.

Choose the closest service, tell Guy what you are trying to accomplish, and start there.
